Q:How long does shipping take?
A:We try to have all orders out within 7-14 business days. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays. Once they have been shipped, they will arrive via USPS in 2-6 days depending on your location and you will need to sign for your package when it is delivered. We ask this time for all orders.

Q:What type of paint do you use? A:We use an special acrylic base paint, THAT Will NOT CRACK, PEEL, OR WASH OFF
Q:What sizes do you have?
A:We have most men/boy SIZES IN THE CUSTOM PAINTED ONES(4-13) ,but some custom shoes sizes are limited (8-12)

Q:What is the size difference between men/boys and Women/girls?
A:The size difference is about 1 sizes, so if you wear a womens 8 you will need a mens 7
