Return Policy

All items can be returned if they are in their original condition and unworn. You must contact us prior to returning the item to receive confirmation from us. If item is returned without confirmation a refund will not be given and item will be shipped back to you. There will also be a 18% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.

The package will be shipped to you normally in about 5-14 business days. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays. Once they have been shipped, they will arrive via USPS in 2-6 days depending on your location and you will need to sign for your package when it is delivered.

Lately our custom work has been highly sought after from many, and for these unforeseen times shipping may take a few days longer than normal. 7-21 business days.

Q:What type of paint do you use? A:We use an special acrylic base paint, THAT Will NOT CRACK, PEEL, OR WASH OFF

What sizes do you have? A:We have most men/boy SIZES IN THE CUSTOM PAINTED ONES(4-13) ,but some custom shoes sizes are limited (8-12)

Q:What is the size difference between men/boys and Women/girls? A:The size difference is about 1 sizes, so if you wear a womens 8 you will need a mens 7
